Coparallel provides an AI orchestration platform that enables developers to integrate, manage, and optimize multiple AI models and providers. The service includes API access, dashboard tools, analytics, and related features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Proprietary Rights & Ownership
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
While Coparallel is currently in its pre-incorporation phase, all intellectual property, source code, branding, and assets are the sole property of the Creator. Unauthorized reproduction or trademark infringement will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. Usage of this platform constitutes agreement that all rights are reserved by the Creator regardless of formal corporate registration status.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing malware, or engaging in any form of abuse.
6. Payment and Billing
Fees for our services are based on your selected plan and usage. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
